Day 01 CUSCO - CHACHABAMBA - WIÑAYWAYNA OR AGUAS CALIENTES
Early morning transfer to the train station to take the train to the starting point of the trail At kilometer 104 of the railroad, we start our walk. After approximately two hours, stop for lunch and then continue toward Wiñaywayna. Overnight at the Wiñaywayna Lodge or Camp in Aguas Calientes.

Day 02 WIÑAYWAYNA OR AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Breakfast. If you stayed for overnight at Wiñaywayna Lodge, you will trek to Machu Picchu, arrival to the Inti Punku, gate to the Sanctuary. If you stayed for overnight in Aguas Calientes, you will take the bus to Machu Picchu. Guided visit of the Sanctuary. Descend by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes. Mid afternoon departure by train to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. (Possibility of staying for overnight in one of the hotels in the area).
